A popular Indian dish featuring marinated chicken in a spiced tomato sauce.
Ingredients
500g chicken breast
200g yogurt
2 tablespoons tikka masala paste
400g canned tomatoes
1 onion
2 cloves garlic
Fresh coriander
Marinate the chicken in yogurt and tikka masala paste for at least an hour. Cook the onion and garlic, add the chicken, and then the tomatoes. Simmer until cooked through and serve with rice or naan.
