Spaghetti Carbonara

A classic Italian pasta dish made with eggs, cheese, pancetta, and pepper.

Ingredients

  • 200g spaghetti
  • 100g pancetta
  • 2 large eggs
  • 50g pecorino cheese
  • 50g parmesan cheese
  • Black pepper
  • Salt

Cook the spaghetti according to package instructions. In a pan, cook the pancetta until crispy. In a bowl, whisk the eggs and mix with the cheeses. Combine everything and serve hot with extra cheese and pepper.
