Ingredients
1 cup broccoli
1 cup bell peppers
1 cup carrots
2 tablespoons soy sauce
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 teaspoon ginger
1 clove garlic
Heat olive oil in a pan, add garlic and ginger, then the vegetables. Stir fry for a few minutes until tender. Add soy sauce and serve hot over rice or noodles.
