Bread Pudding

Classic cookies loaded with chocolate chips, perfect for any occasion.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup broccoli
  • 1 cup bell peppers
  • 1 cup carrots
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon ginger
  • 1 clove garlic

Heat olive oil in a pan, add garlic and ginger, then the vegetables. Stir fry for a few minutes until tender. Add soy sauce and serve hot over rice or noodles.
